This place was really clean and the staff was friendly, the room was modern with excellent AC, a comfortable bed, and a very nice bathroom, plus we enjoyed the regional cuisine at the restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoyed helpful and amicable employees!

We stayed in a reasonably spacious room that had an electronic key card, coffee and tea making facilities, and multi-channel TV.

The language barrier with the staff made it difficult to arrange tours or resolve issues. some tour guides recommended by the hotel seemed untrustworthy and quoted high prices.

The hotel had a convenient location with various dining options nearby and was within walking distance to downtown. the rooms were spacious and well-kept with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the AC was a great addition for the hot days.

One minor downside was the limited English language skills of the staff which made it difficult to obtain tour information.

There was a bit of a language barrier that made it difficult to get information about local tours and activities. We were advised to wait for information until the next day but didn't get any, and a tour guide who arrived at the lobby was not entirely trustworthy.
